TEC TOP R can be the ideal solution for automation at its end of line, since we have a customized solution for each type of product. The main concept of this equipment is to integrate a robot cell (pick and place) in its production line. The products arrive through a conveyor attached to the production line where the they are accommodated in an area called ”loading area”. The products are always grouped and packaged in the same position. A robotic system attached to the machine structure receives information and confirmation that it has a product, then the cycle begins. The robotic system searches for the products and automatically inserts them in the box.  If there is any other activity for the robot, as to insert a divider for instance, it is done at this moment. The cycle repeats until filling the box. All movements are controlled by a PLC.
