The TCP Semi-Automatic model
"SIMPLE AND ECONOMIC WAY TO REDUCE COSTS AND INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY"
The TCP verifies automatically the quantity of products that will be arranged in the box. It stores them in a proper place, as informed on the PLC. An operator opens the boxes and place them on the output of products. The box is detected by a sensor and it is automatically fixed by the engine of the machine. The products are automatically brought to a box and, subsequently, the box is pneumatically lowered on a roller conveyor.
