Automatic PEGASUS

With a modern design and a sturdy structure, the Pegasus was projected to work with servo-motors to ensure precise moves. The cartons get in randomly through a conveyor connected to the production line. The box erection is done through a vacuum positive system, that is to say, a vacuum point holds the box then another arm with vacuum moves, opening the box, simulating a hand. After the box is open and positioned, the products are accommodated and piled in a requested quantity in an area called preload. When transferred to the charging area, one arm servo-motorized moves to the box allowing the opening of the box flaps for the cartons insertion. After its filling, the conveyor with flights brings the box to the sealing area. Another box is positioned automatically and the cycle is repeated.
